Gregorio Schneider
Mr. Schneider has 30 years of experience in emerging markets, investing in both the public and private markets through a variety of assets and strategies, including debt, equity, distressed assets, and real estate.
Mr. Schneider served as Managing Director and Head of Emerging Markets at Och-Ziff Capital Management (now Sculptor Capital Management). During his tenure at Och-Ziff, Mr. Schneider was responsible for building the firm’s investment portfolio in Latin America and Eastern Europe.
Mr. Schneider holds an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School and received a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM) in Mexico City.

Luis Santana
Mr. Santana has more than 16 year of experience in alternative investments and oversees the day-to-day operations of the Firm.
Mr. Santana was a member of the private equity group at Och-Ziff Capital Management (now Sculptor Capital Management), where he was responsible for investment structuring, valuation, operations, and reporting for several private equity investments and funds.
Mr. Santana holds a Master of Science degree in Finance from Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A) in Finance from Baruch College, where he graduated with honors.

Antonio Baez
Antonio brings over 17 years of experience to Mexico’s real estate sector, with a primary focus on origination, underwriting, and asset management of industrial, commercial, residential, and mixed-use projects.
During his career, he has closed transactions totaling over US$800 million and contributed to developing more than 40 projects totaling ~21.5+ billion square feet.
Antonio served as a relationship and financial manager at Grupo Frisa, a well-known real estate developer in Mexico. He holds an M.B.A. from Universidad del Valle de Mexico and a Bachelor’s in Finance (B.F) from Escuela Bancaria y Comercial in Mexico City

Raúl Arroyo
Mr. Arroyo has more than 16 year of experience in the real estate industry, mainly focusing on the development, acquisition, management and disposition of industrial real estate portfolios.
Mr. Arroyo was CIO at RMSG, where he developed more than 2 million square feet of industrial assets. Previously, he held a Senior Industrial Portfolio Manager position at Prudential Global Investment Management (now PGIM), managing approximately US$2 billion (~45 million square feet) and developing more than 5 million square feet of industrial assets through their public (Fibra Terrafina) and private (CKDs) funds.
Raul holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture from Universidad La Salle and an M.B.A. from IPADE Business School in Mexico.

Miguel Delgado
Mr. Delgado has more than 16 year of experience in the real estate industry, mainly focusing in the operational and financial management of large-scale industrial real estate portfolios.
Mr. Delgado was the Manager of New Projects at RMSG, where he managed more than 8 million square feet. Previously, he was the CFO at O’Donnell Mexico, where he was responsible for the financial management of a 12 million square feet real estate portfolio, including the development of an Audi Assembly Plant located in Puebla, Mexico (investment of approximately US$100 million). During his time at O’Donnell, Mr. Delgado helped launch the first industrial REIT (FIBRA) in Mexico: Fibra Terrafina.
Miguel holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and a Master’s Degree in Finance from UNAM in Mexico.

Juliana Soto
Ms. Soto has 15 years of experience in the financial services industry, focusing on private equity real estate since 2012.
Throughout her career, she has contributed to the underwriting and asset management of several real estate projects across Latin America. She has also played a key role in fundraising for various real estate ventures, helping raise over US$1 billion in capital. At Industrial Gate, she is responsible for investor relations, fundraising, business development, and marketing.
Juliana holds a Master of Science degree in Real Estate Finance and Investments from New York University and a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from Colegio de Estudios Superiores de Administración (CESA) in Bogotá, Colombia, where she graduated with honors.
