These Terms of Use (these "Terms") govern your access to and use of the Industrial Gate website (the "Site"), which is owned and operated by INDUSTRIAL GATE COMPANY S. de R.L de C.V. and its affiliates (collectively, "INDUSTRIAL GATE"), each of which links to these Terms, as well as your use of any content and information available on or through the Site. BY USING THE SITE, YOU REPRESENT THAT YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Site and cease using all information and materials obtained through the Site. "You" refers to any person, company, or legal entity that accesses and uses the Site, as well as any officers, directors, partners, staff, employees, agents, or contractors who use the site through that company or legal entity, whether authorized or not.
