In compliance with the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (the "Law") and its Regulations (the "Regulations"), this privacy policy (this "Privacy Policy") describes how INDUSTRIAL GATE COMPANY S. de R.L. de C.V. and its affiliates (collectively, "INDUSTRIAL GATE") collect, handle, use, and share the information we collect through websites owned or operated by affiliated companies (our "Site"). "You" refers to any person, company, or legal entity that accesses and uses the Site, as well as any officers, directors, partners, personnel, employees, agents, or contractors who use the site through that company or legal entity, whether authorized or not. "We" or "us" refers to INDUSTRIAL GATE.

This Privacy Policy should be read in conjunction with any other policies, terms, and conditions applicable between you and INDUSTRIAL GATE.
